How to properly engage the Quran

What better time than Ramadan to sit down and reflect over the verses of the Quran. In this episode of Ramadan From Home, Sheikh Haroon Kanj explains to us how to properly engage the Quran for the most benefit.

He also explains that if you are struggling to read the Quran, you shouldn’t give up for there is a specific reward allocated for that person. The key to Quran is consistency. Consistency to the point that you become a “companion” of the Quran.

The greatest miracle of our time, given to our Prophet was the Holy Quran.

It is the word of God – it explains to us the very purpose of our lives. It draws for us a clear path to salvation, it can guide us through all the trials of life.

“This is the Book! There is no doubt about it – a guide for those mindful ˹of Allah˺”

Quran 2:2

The rewards and incentives to connect with the Quran is immense whether it is through reading it, teaching it or learning its meanings, it is not something to be passed on.

“This is a blessed Book We have revealed. So follow it and be mindful ˹of Allah˺, so you may be shown mercy.”

Quran 6:155

See how we can ignite our connection with the Quran and rejuvenate our souls with it as it already yearns to do with Sheikh Haroon Kanj.
