It’s Only Self-Defence

With each war crime committed, we routinely hear politicians and media echo the sentiment ‘Israel has a right to defend itself”. Yet further examination shows that Israel plays a very decisive role in the military escalation of violence.  From the military attack on peaceful worshippers at Masjid Al Aqsa to the forced evictions in Sheikh Jarrah. It is likened to the one that attacks you whilst screaming in pain.

With little media coverage on the instigation of the recent crisis, here is some insight. Israeli forces used tear gas, stun grenades and rubber-coated steel bullets to disperse innocent worshippers at Masjid Al-Aqsa,the third Holiest mosque for Muslims. Hundreds were injured and hospitalised, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

This coincided with the forced  dispossession of Palestinians at Sheikh Jarrah from their own neighbourhood. There they were subject to nightly raids and violence perpetrated by Israeli police whilst Jewish extremists chanted ‘death to the Arabs’. The move has been labeled as settlement colonisation, and has seen Palestinian families including children, become homeless whilst making room for Jewish settlers to move into their new residence. It is an attempt to dilute the Arabs out of Israel by taking more and more land.

Benevolent Bombings

There are speculations that Israel fired the first missile, and in retaliation, Hamas launched a volley of rockets into Israel last Monday, triggering a full-scale Israeli military operation. According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 230 Gazans have been killed, including 65 children and 36 women. Whilst in Israel, the US-funded Iron Dome simply dispersers any rockets fired.

The most vaccinated army on earth vows to keep attacks ‘in full force’.  Amnesty International accuses Israel of unlawful killings and unnecessary excessive use of force. The Israel Defence Force is well aware that Gaza is the most densely populated region in the world, with a population of 1 million children in the Gaza strip. So why such indiscriminate bombing? As Jewish settlers kindly respond, ‘The best Arab; is a dead one’.

This is the self-defence Israel continues to wail to the world whilst western media gaslights its viewers with false narratives.

Hasbara, or Israel’s propaganda machine, forces people to choose between the most democratic country in the middle-east; Israel orHamas. It is completely erasing the Palestinian suffering in the discourse. Framing the narrative as Israel’s humane bombing defence against maniac Islamists firing rockets.

So how are the Palestinians supposed to defend themselves? They peacefully protest; they are met with cluster snipper bullets; they boycott Israeli products; they are accused of anti-Semitism; they resort to throwing stones and homemade rockets; they are terrorists.

Media

Mainstream media are continuously distorting the minds of the masses to believe these are  simple ‘clashes’ amongst tribal groups. In reality, the crisis in Palestine is a psycho mania military army that has the funding of $3.8 billion a year from the US taxpayers committing active genocide against a minority indigenous group that has no army nor navy, land or air control.

When journalists use terms like ‘clashes’ or ‘both sides’, they delude the public to presume that the malicious Israeli army is on equal footing to the unarmed Palestinian minority. Let it be known; these are not clashes but ethnic cleansing.

As Israel struggles to control the narrative, it routinely resorts to bombing media outlets to silence the truth. Offices of Al Jazeera and Associated Press in Gaza were dismantled to the ground. Furthermore, the Israel defence minister demanded Facebook and TikTok takedown any pro-Palestinian content while amplifying their propaganda.

War Crimes

The media conveniently fails to point out that Israel is under war crimes investigation by the ICC. Like a glove, they comfortably fit the definition of the international crime of apartheid, according to Human Rights Watch.

Partners in crime, the US, is not only to shoulder the responsibility of the current crisis but is actively participating in the war. Senile Biden quietly calls for a ceasefire as he approves another $735 million arms sale to the IDF. Israel is constantly under UN investigations to war crimes. The US, one of five permanent members with veto power, has a track record of resisting action concerning Israel. Meaning, Israel arrogantly walks away with war crimes every. single. time.

Israeli Lobby

There is a general discomfort amongst growing citizens who are becoming aware of the rapid growth of the Israeli lobby.

Philosopher and author Gilad Atzmon explains that with the tsunami of mass protests across the globe, people do notice Israeli criminality. They also notice their politicians on all levels operating as foreign agents for a criminal state.  Israel and The Lobby interpret this rise of awareness as ‘growing anti-Semitism,’ but this is hyperbole. A general mass awareness has surfaced. The Israelis and The Lobby know that once you see the full picture, you cannot just un-see it. In that respect, Israel is facing a wall of resistance, and the consequences of this reality are unpredictable.

Conclusion

Eventually, there will be a ceasefire and a de-escalation in violence. The Gazans will collect their loved ones from beneath the rubble and try to rebuild their lives.

Yet how will Israel defeat their battle on the PR front as the world watches in horror the indiscriminate bombing of children? Despite the cheerleaders of mainstream media, the deafening silence of politicians, the gagging of free speech by tech giants and the Hasbara Israeli propaganda machine, Israel has still managed to lose its PR campaign.

Chief Israeli National Security analyst described the Israeli reality commenting, “The Israeli delusions are over. The Palestinian problem is Back. “

To be fair, we must thank the Jewish extremists who managed to unite not only the Palestinians but the Ummah. It seems the Palestinian cause has not evaporated but is alive in the spirit of humanity across the globe.
