We Thank Allah and we send peace and blessings on his Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
To all the good girls who live here in Australia
I want to let you know that you are the blossoming flowers
And the fruitful trees
And you are the most beautiful things in this world when you represent this religion
Through your behaviour, dress code and your attitudes
As well as, your daily dealings in society
Subhan’Allah
When she displays courtesy, shyness, and softness
Combined with firmness, level-headedness, and wiseness
A Muslim woman plays a major role in this world, and leaves a tremendous mark
Allah has honoured the woman
Allah swt has mentioned women in 1774 Ayahs (verses)
Which is equivalent to quarter of the Quran
This large number can only be interpreted that Allah has given women a very high status
Allah has also dedicated a very long surah called Surah Annisa’ (The Chapter of Women)
There isn’t a chapter dedicated to men
Surah Maryam (The Chapter of Virgin Mary) is dedicated for women, our mother Maryam, the Mother of Prophet Issa (Jesus)
There is also a chapter in the Quran to explain divorce and how to treat women kindly in divorce in Surah Attalaq (The Chapter of Divorce),
Which is also known as The little chapter of women
Allah has put your rights before the rights of men
Even in terms of duties
Allah says, “And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them,according to what is reasonable.”
(Quran 2:228)
He distinguished you and mentioned your rights before your duties
Allah also mentions you first in the Quran, “He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males.” (Quran 42:49)
So you have an important role in showing the magnitude of your status in Islam and society by doing good
We need a Muslim female pediatrician
A Muslim female genetics scientist
We need female Muslim IT engineers
We need a female Muslim inventor, writer, etc.
Believers are creative since they have taken that quality from their “Creator”, Allah swt
And you (women) are an example of Allah’s beautiful creation,
May Allah protect you from all evil
And Allah knows best
