Mohamed Bzeek is a 62 year old Libyan American Muslim who looks after terminally ill children in Los Angeles.
He fosters these children despite knowing very well many of them will die during his care due to their illness.
Up to ten children have died under his care including some in his arms.
He currently looks after a 6 year old girl who is deaf, blind and also paraplegic in her arms and legs.
This is a true example of Prophetic mercy we are seeing today.
The Prophet Muhammad taught us of the great virtue of one who looks after the orphan and children that need care.
He said in an authentic narration “”I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this,” putting his index and middle fingers together.
