With 2.3 million children reportedly out of school and poverty forcing many families to choose survival over schooling, the reality is complex and layered. In this episode, we meet with Taliban officials, education leaders, village teachers and young Afghan girls themselves. We visit under-resourced schools, private institutions, and hear firsthand from students who refuse to give up on their dreams \u2014 whether to become engineers, doctors, or leaders of tomorrow. Yes, there are undeniable challenges. Yes, there are controversial policies. But beyond headlines and political narratives, we also witnessed something powerful: a deep love for learning rooted in faith, family, and perseverance. This is not a simplistic story. It is not a romanticised one. It is an honest look at a country rebuilding after decades of war, occupation, sanctions and economic hardship \u2014 and at the young women striving to shape its future.
