Justice Desmond Fagan says the Qur\u2019an needs to be denounced by Muslims<\/span><\/h1>\nAccording to this Australian Judge, the problem with terrorism is the Qur\u2019an. And that\u2019s not the only he has said about Islam.<\/span>\n\nWhilst sentencing 2 young extremists, Justice Des Fagon said Muslims should denounce some verses of the Qur\u2019an.<\/span>\n\nHe also claimed that \u00a0terrorists’ moral conviction might be weakened if Muslim leaders made a clear public disavowal of the verses<\/span>\n\nHis comments were criticised by many Muslims, who said those verses did not \u201cunmistakably instruct believers\u201d to commit violence.<\/span>\n
